The “Asset Management” section contains information and materials about investment funds which are authorised under applicable regulations. If the fund is marketed in countries other than the country of origin, Kairos has the right to terminate the marketing agreements based on the process to withdraw the notification envisaged in Directive 2011/61/EU or Directive 2009/65/EC, based on the case.
