In 2001, he began his professional career as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager for Aureo Gestioni SGR, a position he then held in 2005 at Euromobiliare SGR. From 2006 to 2013, he was a Multiasset and Fund of Funds Portfolio Manager for Allianz Global Investors. Subsequently, he worked as CIO Head of Asset Allocation and Strategist at Moneyfarm, multiasset portfolio manager for Sella Gestioni SGR, and CIO Head of Advisory Multi-Family Office at Secofind SIM. More recently, from 2018 to 2024, he worked at Rothschild and Co WM Italy SIM SpA, where he held the position of CIO for Italy.

He graduated in Economics from Bocconi University and is a Chartered Financial Advisor.
